Why this block

Better running.
Whatever you're
training for.

Five focused weeks of structured track work for any runner. Whether you're getting into running for the first time, building toward Dublin Marathon, or sharpening up for a summer event, this block gives you the coaching, the surface, and the structure to actually improve. Open to members and non-members.

01

Running Efficiency

Cleaner mechanics, smarter cadence, less wasted energy. The fastest runners aren't always the strongest - they're the most efficient.

02

Speed & Endurance

Structured intervals on a true running surface. Build the engine that lets you hold pace when it gets hard, whether that's a 5K, a marathon, or your first park run.

03

Confidence & Execution

Pacing, mindset, and the small details that turn solo plodding into real progress. The kind of running you can show up for week after week.
